I am now attempting to completely change my life. 11-23-2008.
Over the next couple of weeks - I will attempt to change my sleep patterns from a purely monophasic (all sleep is from a single daily episode) to a purely polyphasic (sleep for short periods distributed over 24 hours).
There are positives and negatives to this - and in my opinion, the potential social negatives are greatly outweighed by the enormous amount of time gained from successfully cutting out wasted hours of sleep everyday.
These naps are supposed to be taken every 4 hours for 20 minutes. I am still trying to figure out what works best for a napping schedule 12-4-8, 1-5-9, 2-6-10, or 3-7-11.

The main reasons I am doing this is to:
1. Gain Time - 6 more hours of time everyday
2. Increase Average Waking Productivity
I will be following and documenting my progress over this time - and also be posting activities and goals lists I am looking to get done.
